83% of the world doesn't use Internet

According to a NHS Research Study on the impact of the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL), more than 80% of the world doesn't use the Internet.

The study reveals that users saved about 25 minutes per day as a result of their new IT skills, depending on their previous knowledge level.
